Encoder - Sin/Cos
The sin/cos encoder consists of magnetic induction sensor function board and rotating magnet, generating a sin / cos analog differential signal per turn, which can meet the application requirements of steering and traction system in transportation and industrial vehicles. The encoder meets the reliability and mechanical strength requirements of the engine (motor) and its associated components, and can be customized with full central control or different sizes according to customer needs.

■ Principle and Output:
A small magnet is placed on the center surface of the sin/cos encoder. Through rotation, the magnet can generate a magnetic field in any direction parallel to the surface of the sensor function plate. When the Angle of the applied magnetic field changes, the output voltage waveform of the sensor has a sine/cosine curve.
